I have never heard of a mobile notary, how long have you been doing this?

Answer:

I have been a notary for over a decade, and I started my mobile signing agency in 2009 after 10 years of working in the luxury construction development field.

Question:

How much is your service?

Answer:

Most assignments can be done for under $200 within about an hour notice.

Question:

Can you meet now?

Answer:

Yes, within about an hour. I work 24/7, and have trained many signing agents in the Chicagoland area.  We can be at your location within about an hour notice for most types of signings.

Question:

I already signed the documents, what now?

Answer:

We are fully trained and can assist you in acknowledging these documents that you have already signed. Depending on the type of document and type of notarization, you may have to re-sign in front of the notary. if it’s possible for you to re-create the document, Bring an unsigned copy to the notary.

Question:

Where are you located?

Answer:

I am a mobile notary, I do not have an office.  I work 24/7 servicing all of Chicagoland.  I often meet clients in the Starbucks at 4830 N Pulaski, Chicago IL 60630 by appointment. My schedule changes frequently. One of my highly trained document specialists or I  will meet you anywhere.

Question:

The UPS Store and Currency Exchange both denied my papers, but they advertise Notary Public services,  are you sure you can notarize my documents?

Answer:

The notary public at the Currency Exchange (or UPS Store) probably denied witnessing because your document signing was beyond their comfort level. My client needs a notary for an estate planning appointment, can you help?

Answer:

Can you notarize real estate documents?

Answer:

Yes, I am a highly trained and experienced notary.  I have signed over 1000 real estate deals of all types.  I also provide courier to record Quit Claim Deeds and other information at the recorders’ offices.

Question:

Will you notarize my i9 form?

Answer:

I will be happy to verify your ID and certify the i9 form for your new employer!  Provide the invitation letter or letter of authority from the Corporation to the signing agent(notary public). You may be permitted to submit an expense claim for the mobile fee.  Remember to bring your valid ID.

What kind of notice do you need?

Answer:

I work 24/7, and have trained over 10 signing agents in the Chicagoland area.  We can be at your location within about an hour notice for most types of signings.

Question:

Do you notarize Power of Attorney for a property I am selling in another country?

Answer:

Yes, I can notarize your power of attorney. We are trained to properly witness any type of document signing. You will also need a certificate for foreign use(Apostille) and may need consular certification. I can help you by providing full service notary signing agent courier.  Most document projects can be complete on the same day.

Question:

My great aunt has a drivers license but it is expired.   What other types of ID do you take?

Answer:

In Illinois, we can only verify using a valid government issued ID.  This can be a drivers license, state identification card, fireowners identification card, military identification.

Question: 

Do you service Rolling Meadows ?

Answer: 

Yes, I service the courthouse and areas surrounding our courthouses – An average day could include North Shore Suburbs, Northwest side Chicago, Downtown Chicago, South Loop, naperville, oak brook, Schaumburg, Ohare airport, Lakeview, Lincoln Park and North Park in a span of 6 hours.

Question:

My document is in another language, the notary denied me at the bank.  Can you notarize this?

Answer:

Yes I can notarize your document in another language as long as you understand the document contents.

 

Question:

I live out of state and my attorney emailed documents for my elder who is in a nursing home in Glenview, can you help?

Answer:
Yes I can provide printing service, notary public specialist and independent witnesses to witness the signing of her documents.  Printing is included in mobile fee.
